Project Description:

One of our first projects. The client wanted to renovate their unfinished basement into a modern one-bedroom and one-bathroom unit with a spacious kitchen, living and dining room. Our bcin designers designed the spaces with a modern white and black palette contrasted with a dark wood floor to maximize natural light as much as possible. The kitchen, living and dining room are an open-concept floor plan for optimal space, circulation and flexibility. The client can also replace the living and dining areas with a game room and home gym.
