Laneway House

Project Description:

The project details were designing a tiny home with 300 square footage for two. Our architects designed a small affordable laneway house that can be placed in the yard and rented out to a tenant. A solution that provides additional housing and a source of income for the landowners. For ease, the entrance of the house faces the laneway.

Our architects designed the laneway house as a single-unit loft for an open and minimal layout providing maximum space and circulation. The light wood, white interior and ample natural light brighten up each room.
