crewe avenue
basement/second unit design

Location: Toronto

Project Description:

The client wanted to renovate their unfinished basement into a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a spacious kitchen, living and dining room. Allowing the basement to be used as a second unit to be rented out. Our architects chose dark oak floors and light wood furniture to contrast and brighten the space. The Japandi style inspired the interior design of the rooms.
